Điều khoản này áp dụng khi bạn dùng ứng dụng FixBox One Click và website fixboxteam.com của FixBox Team. Khi tạo tài khoản hoặc dùng dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với điều khoản này và Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

1. Tài khoản

Bạn phải từ 18 tuổi và cung cấp thông tin đúng. Một tài khoản dùng chung cho app và website.
Bạn tự bảo mật mật khẩu và thiết bị đã đăng nhập; báo ngay cho chúng tôi nếu nghi tài khoản bị dùng trái phép.
Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào (app: Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản, hoặc fixboxteam.com/xoa-tai-khoan).

2. Thiết bị và giấy phép

Tool trên thiết bị FixBox được kích hoạt bằng giấy phép gắn với từng thiết bị và tài khoản sở hữu. Giấy phép không chuyển sang thiết bị khác, trừ khi chúng tôi hỗ trợ chuyển chủ.
Cập nhật firmware cho thiết bị đã kích hoạt là miễn phí, qua Bluetooth trong app hoặc trên website.
Không được sao chép, dịch ngược, sửa đổi, phân phối lại firmware / app, hoặc tìm cách vượt qua cơ chế giấy phép, mã hoá.

3. Gói Pro và mua trong app

Gói FixBox One Click Pro (bỏ quảng cáo) là sản phẩm mua một lần qua Google Play, áp dụng cho tài khoản của bạn trên mọi điện thoại đăng nhập tài khoản đó.
Thanh toán, hoá đơn và hoàn tiền của giao dịch trên Google Play theo chính sách của Google Play.

4. Sử dụng an toàn — trách nhiệm của bạn

App và thiết bị dùng để chẩn đoán, giám sát và cài đặt xe điện, pin, hệ thống điện mặt trời. Can thiệp vào hệ thống điện / xe có rủi ro: chỉ làm khi bạn hiểu việc mình làm, tuân thủ hướng dẫn an toàn của nhà sản xuất và pháp luật nơi bạn sống.
Không thao tác khi đang lái xe. Không dùng dịch vụ để làm sai lệch thông số an toàn, vi phạm bảo hành hay quy định về phương tiện.
Không dùng dịch vụ cho mục đích trái pháp luật, không tấn công, gây quá tải hay truy cập trái phép hệ thống của chúng tôi.

5. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Dịch vụ được cung cấp “như hiện có”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, hư hỏng thiết bị, xe, pin hoặc mất dữ liệu phát sinh từ việc lắp đặt, đấu nối, sử dụng sai hướng dẫn. Trách nhiệm của chúng tôi (nếu có) không vượt quá số tiền bạn đã trả cho phần dịch vụ liên quan.

6. Quảng cáo và nội dung bên thứ ba

Bản miễn phí của app có quảng cáo Google AdMob; website có thể có quảng cáo Google AdSense và liên kết tới trang của bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung của bên thứ ba.

7. Tạm ngừng, chấm dứt

Chúng tôi có thể tạm khoá hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản này (ví dụ chia sẻ, bẻ khoá giấy phép, gian lận thanh toán). Chúng tôi có thể thay đổi hoặc ngừng một phần dịch vụ và sẽ báo trước khi hợp lý.

8. Thay đổi điều khoản, luật áp dụng

Khi điều khoản thay đổi, ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang sẽ đổi; tiếp tục dùng dịch vụ nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với bản mới. Điều khoản theo pháp luật Việt Nam.

These terms apply when you use the FixBox One Click app and the fixboxteam.com website by FixBox Team. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. One account is shared by the app and the website.
You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices secure; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.
You can delete your account at any time (app: Profile → Delete account, or fixboxteam.com/xoa-tai-khoan).

2. Devices and licenses

Tools on a FixBox device are activated by a license tied to that device and the owning account. Licenses do not move to another device unless we help transfer ownership.
Firmware updates for an activated device are free, over Bluetooth in the app or on the website.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the firmware / app, or try to bypass the licensing or encryption.

3. Pro and in-app purchases

FixBox One Click Pro (removes ads) is a one-time purchase through Google Play and applies to your account on every phone signed in to it.
Payment, receipts and refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s policies.

4. Safe use — your responsibility

The app and device are for diagnosing, monitoring and configuring electric vehicles, batteries and solar systems. Working on electrical systems / vehicles is risky: only do it if you understand what you are doing, and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and the laws where you live.
Do not operate the app while driving. Do not use the service to falsify safety parameters, void warranties or break vehicle regulations.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or attack, overload or access our systems without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, damage to devices, vehicles, batteries or data loss caused by installation, wiring or use contrary to the instructions. Our liability (if any) does not exceed the amount you paid for the related part of the service.

6. Ads and third-party content

The free app shows Google AdMob ads; the website may show Google AdSense ads and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms (e.g. sharing or cracking licenses, payment fraud). We may change or discontinue parts of the service and will give notice when reasonable.

8. Changes, governing law

When these terms change, the date at the top changes; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
