Delete your FixBox account
Use this page to delete your account for the FixBox One Click app (Google Play) and the fixboxteam.com website, by FixBox Team. One account is shared by the app and the website.
Deleting your account permanently removes: your name, email, avatar, phone number, app sessions, Pro, and tool licenses on your ESP devices (the devices are released). Paid invoices are kept without your account link for tax records as required by law. This cannot be undone.
Sign in to the account you want to delete, or in the FixBox One Click app go to Profile → Delete account.
Cannot sign in? Email your deletion request (from your registered address) to support@fixboxteam.com — we handle it within 7 days.
